Countryside cuisine and an extraordinary experience in the warm atmosphere of Hirvikoski ranchThe Hirvikoski Ranch offers many wonderful experiences for groups of different kind. Our old log houses and the countryside surrounding in the forest offers our guests a memorable experience for a relaxing evening or a day of leisure. Excellent food, service and cleanness are the most important things for us! Explicit service and comforts are available in the middle of the forest. The Lauri barn is renovated and equipped for hosting our dinner guests. After dinner you have the choice to enjoy old-fashioned bonfire coffee outside. Or you can take a small escape from the everyday hectic life and enjoy the Sauna in the Nikolai cottage where the time has literary stopped.
Program on the Hirvikoski ranchWe can take a walk in the woods guided by our lady of the house. The Finish nature provides peaceful experiences on its own. In the fall we can go out to pick berries or mushrooms. Wintertime activities can be snowshoe walking in the forest. We arrange games just for fun on the ranch yard. We also have a minor saw on our ranch that will be proudly presented to you by the Ranch owner. The saw provides many different kind of wood in all different forms and wood is sold directly from the Ranch. Do you know all the Finnish wood kinds from each other? Take a guess! Activities in MerikarviaYou can find many things to see and experience in Merikarvia. The Merikarvia Church, museums, galleries and the sea with its’ coast offers many things to do for a day or more. Especially the large variety of events and activities brings loads of people to enjoy the summer in Merikarvia. You can bring home fish in many different forms, homemade bread, high quality handmade products and many different kinds of sea buckthorn products. OtherOur Ranch does not provide accomodation however we have a large variety of accommodation possibilities within a 10 minutes drive. The city of Pori is a 30 minutes drive away. Our Ranch does not carry a license to serve alcohol beverages. The owner couple of the Ranch, Harri and Anne Welcomes all groups to enjoy the many possibilities of the Hirvikoski Ranch!
